The Southern Chopping Board is a mix between The Assergi and The Bara. This beautiful board is made out of Ironbark and has a 12mm trench for juices, grooves in each side to make it easy to pick up as well as rubber feet on the bottom to stop the board from sliding.
The dimensions of The Southern are 440mm x 300mm x 35mm and it weighs 5kg.
