The Assergi Chopping Board is Australian made with a mixture of Timbers including Stringy-Bark, Redbox and Spotted Gum. The timber for these chopping boards come from trees that are on the JAM Timber Co property, they are cut down, slabbed with a mill, kiln dried and dressed all in the one place so you know that your chopping board is 100% grown, cut, dried and made in the one spot.
The Assergi has one side for your general cutting and one side with a moat for to stop the overflowing of liquids.
